Order Processing Times
Please allow 1-3 business days to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched once it is handed off to the shipping carrier and in transit to your selected address. During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may extend to up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping times depend on your location and various external factors. Once your order is dispatched, you can expect the following delivery estimates:

Order Changes
It is your responsibility to ensure that your shipping details are correct at checkout. Incomplete or inaccurate information can result in delays or order cancellation. If we detect address issues, our customer support team will contact you within 3 business days to verify the details. If we do not receive a response within this timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once we hand your package to the courier, it is considered out of our control. If your package is lost or stolen during transit:

- File a claim with the courier company, as they often have procedures for lost or stolen packages.
While ReviveRest is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will work with the courier to follow up on your claim. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement if the package cannot be located or recovered.
