Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this timeframe, the order will likely have entered the processing phase, and changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

If you cancel your order within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

We carefully package all products to prevent damage during shipping. However, we consider an item damaged only if the product itself is physically defective or broken upon arrival. Packaging issues, such as dented boxes, with intact products are not considered damage.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing myreviverest@gmail.com, Include a clear photo of the damage in your email. If the item qualifies, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Please note that we do not accept returns, provide refunds, or offer replacements for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

While we work hard to deliver your order promptly, some factors may be beyond our control, including delays caused by the courier, customs, or other shipping issues. For delivery-related concerns, please contact the courier directly for assistance. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. However, if this happens please contact us and we will work diligently to get something resolved.
